What began as an observation of my own inner dialogue evolved into a central question: what if our internal conversations were made physical? Like looking into a mirror and receiving a response back, Session 1 explores the act of witnessing one’s own thoughts: how we speak to ourselves, how those conversations shift when made public, and the unsettling realization that we cannot escape ourselves.
